The Reason Why.

Welcome to this creative space.  The idea of what exists here is to enhance the practice of soul care.  One of the reasons I have decided to post occasionally in this space would be to extend our sessions beyond the hour or so we get to be together.  Most items posted here will be intended to enrich your journey and celebrate what is good and beautiful about life.

This is also a discipline intended to enhance my own journey through grief, anxiety and disintegration.  I have and will continue to appropriate tools I have benefited from as well as trust that you will do the same as you see fit.  This space - while I call it creative - will also be instructive and tactile.  Each posting will either be titled Grace Notes or Tension Points explanatory by their nature.  The only other posts will be recommendations for resources.  Only resources personally experienced to be helpful will show up on the blog.

So join me... and I suppose I should suggest that although I hold no authority over how you process what you read and see here internally - I do ask that you seek to honor and respect externally the authors and commenters who show up to share.

Thank you.  I appreciate you already.
